It is with a very heavy heart that Wellness Springs
is announcing the untimely death of 
of our dear Dr. Franklin Carvajal.

This is a tragic loss to his family and to all who have come
to know him as a doctor and a friend. 
Dr. Franklin was a great husband, father and
a very gifted Chiropractor.  

Services for Dr. Franklin will be an intimate family gathering
and not open to the community.
