Being in a Wellness Center and surrounded by incredible body workers puts our studio in the unique position to offer new approaches to the ancient practice of Yoga - including TRX Chair Yoga and Yoga Wellness Rx. These programs offer a more personalized and therapeutic approach to Yoga.
In addition, we offer a variety of Yoga Classes including Gentle, Restorative, Beginner, Yin, Chakra, Vinyasa Flow and Yoga Nidra.

Loose comfortable clothing is advised. We have mats available, but encourage you to bring your own mat and water to refresh yourself during the class. We supply props if needed – bolsters, blocks, bands and blankets.
Again, we encourage you at this time to bring your own props if you have any concerns about COVID. Masks are encouraged, but optional while on your mat. We are asking that all participants wash their hands when entering and before leaving the studio.
Feel free to bring any special supplies of your own. You will be encouraged to develop a personal daily practice and to make yourself and your health a priority in your life.
