    Our Fitness Program

 

Our functional fitness classes:

  • Focus on restoring and improving the foundations of movement

  • ​Reteach the body to move more efficiently

  • Reduce pain

  • Improve strength and endurance  

  • Enhance mobility and strength in all angles

Class options:

Group Class ($20 drop in, $130/mnth unlimited) 
Be part of the live community and get firsthand coaching!  Classes will focus on strength, balance, mobility, and overall coordination.  Expect a good workout but also to leave moving better than when you arrived!

Semi-Private Training (start at $450/month) 
Looking for individualized programming and more personal attention? This is the section for you. I'll hand tailor a 6-week program focused on your goals and needs. Class size is limited to 3 so you will get lots of attention but still have workout buddies!  Group class included.

Private Coaching (start at $550/month) 
The true one-on-one experience. One athlete, one program, one coach. With unique programming and an exclusive time block, every minute of the session is dedicated to you. Class Pass and Virtual Membership included.
