Parveen believes in order to live a higher quality life, maintaining optimal wellness is key. Everything we feel and do affects our
well-being, our actions, and our emotions. Applying wellness in everyday life will allow you to achieve your full potential and live with passion and purpose.
For over 15 years, Parveen struggled to find remedies for her various ailments. The medical profession failed her repeatedly, so she eventually took her health into her own hands.
Her subsequent journey involved deep research and opening her mind to alternative treatments such as iridology, understanding self-sabotage behaviors and where they come from, the carnivore way of eating, the Wim Hof Method (cold exposure and breath-work), and energy healing.
