Cranio-Sacral Therapy at Wellness Springs
Your first visit
During your Initial Cranial-Sacral visit, you can expect to have a 60 minute one-on-one session.
That would include some or all of the following (depending on complexity)

Thorough medical history with a focus on previous injuries, athletic participation, work demands, exercise history, etc.

Postural exam
-
Movement-based physical examination

Orthopedic and neurologic testing

Palpation of the joints and muscle of the spine and area of complaint

Intervention – cranial-sacral/manual therapy
-
Self-care/corrective exercise recommendations
Follow-up visits
Follow up visits are also 60 minutes of one-on-one care and consist of any combination of:

Breathing & relaxation exercises
-
Manual therapy including cranial-sacral therapy, visceral manipulation and/or myofascial release

Self-care/corrective exercise recommendations
Payment
Jim does not participate with any insurance company.
Session fees are $150.00
Payment of check, cash or Venmo is expected at time of service.
As Jim is a Physical Therapist – some clients may be able to receive some reimbursement on an Out of Network basis. If requested, an invoice will be provided on a timely basis.
Discounts
First time clients receive a 25.00 discount on their first visit.
Booking and paying for 8 or more visits would be discounted to 130.00 per session.
Scheduling
Appointments: Thursday and weekends.
