Shiatsu/Acupressure Massage

Shiatsu massage is founded on the principle that our chi- or energy - circulates along a meridian or system of channels in our bodies. When freely flowing, chi brings fresh, strong energy and carries away spent energy along with toxins.
Once our therapist has determined your trouble areas, they gently but firmly apply pressure along these meridians to unblock energy blockages and reintroduce the optimal flow of energy. This is a very special massage that will leave you feeling balanced, energized and restored.
Acupressure is similar to Shiatsu but less formal in the same way that Chi Gong exercises are to Tai Chi. In both, the client is fully clothed and enjoys a full body experience.
