- Unlike many salons, our spa offers a warm, relaxed, truly nurturing environment.
- Arrive early, especially for your first visit, so we can get important information about you. Arriving late may cheat you of precious minutes of your Spa services.
- We request 24 hour notice of cancellation. A minimum 5-hour cancellation notice is required. You will be charged for your service(s) if notification is not received within this time requirement. (In the case of a gift certificate, the value of the services will be deducted from the certificate.) Making a reservation acknowledges acceptance of this policy.
- Gift Certificates are non-refundable and must be presented as services are rendered.
- Gift Certificates expire one year after the date of issue.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted. Payment by check is welcome with proper ID.
- Credit cards or Gift Certificate are required to guarantee your reservations for all spa packages.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please leave your valuables at home.
- Services are not necessarily provided in the same order as listed in the description.
- A Spa Cuisine meal can be added to any package for an additional $12.
- In appreciation for outstanding service, gratuities may be given to the staff at your discretion. Gratuities of 20% are customary.
- Unused merchandise may be returned within 7 days of purchase, accompanied with a receipt, for a full refund, or up to 30 days for spa credit only.
